Disappearing buttons in LR3!

Stupid question but can anyone tell me how to get the red/yellow/green buttons to re-appear in the top left corner in LR?

I was editing some photos & then noticed I could not collapse the window ... not sure if I hit something but I can't seem to find them. Tried grabbing the top menu bar & sliding the window and a couple of other things but nothing is working. Been fighting this for 30 minutes

I was totally confused until I got near the end of your first post Brent. I always close, minimize, and switch programs with keyboard shortcuts :tongue:
