Down the stretch with the 80-200AF-S

Discussion in 'Lens Lust' started by carauction, Sep 24, 2008.

  1. Few shots from Belmont Park today.

I was telling my friend how it seems as if this lens is glued to my camera. With my two great Nikon Primes covering the same range(85 & 180& Sig150), and all my past focus problems with zooms in this range, I never thought that I would be enjoying a zoom lens so much. I damn love this 80-200AF-S. Sharp, fast to focus and did I say focus is in the zone too! What more can you ask for.

All shot wide open at F2.8 with the best camera in the world.

Please let me know what you think.

    Mike

  3. Nice shots Mike!

I almost pulled the trigger on the AF-D model last week. Sooner or later I'm gonna do it:)
