Sweet captures, Ben. No easy feat trying to follow those guys with a 300mm. The first one reminds me of the dragon fly on the beginning of the movie, "Men in Black"

Wow! Love that first one, dark face and all! I've thought about trying this but thought it would be silly. Now I'm glad to see someone else doing it and doing it very well! :)

Very good captures of a difficult subject matter. I've been working diligently to get a good clear shot of DF this summer but not yet. You've done well.

luv the second shot, pretty tough shot on these guys even though a few of them are as big as VW's LOL!!
Thanks Keith.
I found that by watching them they will hover in same location over and over again, so I prefocus on that spot and when they enter I let the Machine Gun let loose. Sometimes win Sometimes loose :)
