Dragons

Discussion in 'Macro, Flowers, Insects, and Greenery' started by threecats, Aug 20, 2008.

  1. No pic to show it but was in Michigan dragoning and was just about to switch from one Bluet eating a daddy -long -legs to another Bluet on some floating vegetation. Out of the blue in an eye blink comes some waspy thing. Snags the Bluet and flew off with it!!!

Unreal. I think I have witnessed more prey and predator action in the short time I have been hooked on dragons than in years of casually observing nature.

So far it's about tied. Dragons over insects about 3.
    Green Heron over dragon- 1
    Killer Wasp over dragon-1
