Discussion in 'Transportation' started by Spudsbud, Jul 29, 2007.

  1. I made it Osh Kosh on Saturday. This is Mecca for an Aviation Lover like me !
I shot 500+ pix. Editted and resized a smattering of shots I liked. Too many to post so heres a link to my fototime file.

I looked at the thumbnails and they look good.
opened one, which then needed another window opened????

Can you post a few of your favorites direct.

Might want to find a friendlier web hosting site
  3. Jim really nicely done but I`ll echo Gale, can you post some directly here.
  4. Yup,... I've been seriously considering SmugMug for that very reason!
Fototime is a nice service but not very user friendly. I concur!
    & Thanks btw !

..and you didn't call? Geezz...I went on Friday and the skies were low and the planes were largely on the ground.

    some really nice shots,

I had to leave Saturday AM and as Randy said, with the weather on TR and Friday, I bugged out before the heavy rains TR nite, camping does have it's drawbacks, I have a good tent, but just hate sloshing through and around in the mud.

here is one of yours I took from your page:

And this is still 2-3 hours before the airshow, in two hours the entire filed will be people all along the runway, nice shot here, where were you elevated at?

  8. Thanks Wade... I was up on those ..ahem... "Canon" Stands they had here and there across the field. I just wandered around all day!!! 500++ pix!!
Heritage flight was incredible to see !
you're right about the time. I think this was around 1pm or so. Show started @ 3pm. It was jammed. I just have so many pix, it was much easier to post the link.
sorry I missed you and Randy. I'll be back next year for sure.

    yep I understand,

I had about 1 thousand shots from just Sunday to Wed. and I didn't shoot a lot in the airshows except on Monday, because of the skies, after being up there for 5 years in a row, I a finally getting a bit more picky, and I think, OK, I have a lot of harrier shots, let's just take 10 when it is flying, I have a hundred or more great shots of Aeroshell, so lets only take another 50 more:smile::smile::smile:

just hard not to press the trigger.
