Unfortunately I forgot the name of the peninsula (between Nice and Monaco).
Does someone know it still?

No sooner said than done. I'll let Armelle tell you in her own words:

Hi Joanna, so here is the recipe (for 10 persons)...
You need 6 eggs, bitter cocoa powder, 500 gr of mascarpone cheese, 6 tablespoons of sugar, finger biscuits, 3 cups of strong coffee and a few drops of rum to add to it.

Mix the yolks with sugar and mascarpone. Whip the whites and incorporate with care.
Wet biscuits in coffee (in and out but not soaked).
Spread layer of cream then layer of biscuits and so on.
Put in fridge for a couple of hours.
Sprinkle cocoa powder just before serving.
Bon appétit!

Wonderful shot! I was already missing her laugh (bells) on our ride home. It was nice to meet your family. Your counseling (by example) was appreciated. You are a wonderful family unit....
