Discussion in 'Landscapes, Architecture, and Cityscapes' started by JohnD3, Sep 22, 2008.

  1. Couldn’t wait to try out my 14-24f2.8 when it arrived so attached is a shot taken in the UK within Ely Cathedral using HDR conversion in CS3 (not good using Adobe much prefer NX2) I hope its worthy of posting

Serious wow on image no2, that's a wonderful interior shot

I've only been to Ely briefly and I never got the chance to go in the cathedral, it's very impressive from the outside though

John, do people still worship there or is more of a museum?

    Very beautiful shot.
I'm from the UK, but I had to look up where Ely Cathedral was.
Then I had to look up where Cambridgeshire was

Its still a place of worship…it’s a stunning cathedral ……..
    Nice one bright angel.....
  6. John No2 is fantastic, I'd love this lens but the lack of ability to use filters stops me from buying it.
  7. Hi antsplan

The filter issue is a real consideration to consider but I have to say I just try to be very really careful when using this lens and so far more then happy. Thank you for the compliment
