PENELA (CENTER OF PORTUGAL). ON THE TOP OF A HILL THE CASTLE ARMOURED WALLS SEEM TO BE EMBRACING THE VILLAGE. THE WHITE CHURCH INSIDE, ALSO ADDS TO THE IMAGE, CREATING A CURIOUS PICTORIAL CONTRAST:

Specially at the request of David, here is the B&W version and a "bonus" - the same in sepia. I´d like to get your opinions. Which one is better? I like the sepia too...

One vote for sepia. Still prefer the original though.

Now that I see this at home, I like the b&w one better than the sepia. The contrast shows better (at least on my monitor) better than the color and sepia one. Nicely done Rui.

God Bless,
David

The original Rui is my first choice. Very nice contract btween the colors and the whites.

Thanks for your opinions and votes!

Has to be the original for me. Beautiful place and photograph! How on earth do you get around to all these picturesque places?!

I also like the B&W one.

WOW, Rui! No matter how you "color" it, it's beautiful!
Many thanks.
