Wow! What a GREAT photo! Love her little pose! And I like the B&W processing. I'm sure the color version is wonderful, too, but wonder if all the colors would attract attention from sweet Emma?

Klaus, do you have any room on the right side? I think a crop like this works a little bit better.

A most endearing look, Klaus!
Beautiful b&w image!
I also think, without seeing the colours of course, that processing this in b&w brings out the essential in the image much better: the little Emma.

Wonderful picture and looks like a great time. I do think it might be over sharpened, the ear, cheek, and some of the shirt on views left just look a little off.
Hi Todd,
here is the original color version of this picture.
I didn't sharpened it. Possibly the effect came from cropping and converting to b/w. Perhaps the resizing of the forum software had an influence.

The old 28mm f/2.8 is sharp - I was surprised.

Thank you for the interest

Hi Klaus. Emma looks lovely! I find Mitchell's framing better. I can understand from your comments that there isn't much room on the RHS but you can still crop a bit from the LHS for a better composition.
