Enjoy it while it lasts

Just a shot of my son enjoying a few rays before the long cold winter sets in (and to assure he remains the most photographed boy in northern California).

 

Ya, he takes after his father for sure. 

My son Forest's skin just glows in the golden light.

OK, OK; so winters here aren't freeze-your-butt-off-spit-hits-the-ground-as-a-solid-frostbite-inside-one-minute cold. But, I live in the mountains and often need four-wheel-drive to get to work and back home (snow) and when compared to the 90 to 100+ degree summers it sure feels long and cold.
