    I really enjoyed this evening. And your images are top notch!

    How did the ones with the Woodpecker exiting the nesting cavity look?

  3. Awesome series!! I have only had a few visits from a downy and a hairy woodpecker. They really aren't interested in my sunflower seeds. I need to add a suet feeder!

    Oh man that was a fraction away from being spectacular. It's amazing how fast birds move in such a short space of time.

  12. Some nice photos there Gary. Did you use the 500 on them stright or with a TE? Good detail. Tell me the hole he is drilling, is it in a dead tree or a fence post and about how high up is he drilling? Great find.

  14. WOW! Talk about gorgeous lighting! It must have been overcast? Nice sharp photos of a couple of very pretty birds! I just love redheads! Keep em comin!
