OK maybe not everybody, heck maybe its just me. But I love them, they're very common so its an easy target practice. The drake in breeding plumage is just so beautiful. I have taken so many photograph of mallard. But every time I see their bright green head in golden light, I always get the urge to take more pictures.

I always have a headache when trying to id a gull. They all look just to similar especially
when they in non-breeding plumage. I believe this one is a Thayer's Gull, but I could be dead wrong.

Wonderful shots Ricardo. I feel just the same as you about shooting these guys. I like the males and the females. They are like little fat bullets with wings. These are very well captured.
