Yes, this is an egret. I tried to leave just enough body/feathers that with observation the viewer would be able to figure out what it was- at least a bird.
This one was fun.

Really creative indeed.

This type of image is my favorite kind: you show a fragment but everyone instantly seed the complete subject.

I really do not even remember shooting this one, but I caught it as I culled through.
I love it when one of my favorites of the day is a surprise.
The world has enough pretty birdy pictures- but I keep taking them anyway.
It is just so much fun.
But also nice to see something different once in a while.
