Father and son

Before I post some of my other images, I think of this as a special one.
It was my very first image of the weekend. Taken with not quite a portrait lens under crazy circumstances (hand held, wide open, available light).
The DOF is razor thin and has dad a bit OOF - certainly not technically perfect.

Yet, here is an image that expresses tender fatherly love for his son very nicely: our gracious host Patrick with his youngest son Reese.

That really is a wonderful capture. Technicalities aside, it does indeed capture a tenderness. I LOVE IT!
