Thanks TerriVery nice.
Thanks Phil. I don’t have to travel far which is a bonus.Another beautiful place. You sure have a lot of beautiful bays to visit nearby.
Looks like another great place to visit. I really love No. 9. It's no wonder that there were a lot of shipwrecks here with all the rocks and the rough water.Week 13 - Bay of Islands South West Victoria.
The Bay of Islands is located near the town of Warrnambool in south west Victoria. The area is of great cultural significance to the Gunditjmara people.
The bay was a significant spot for shipwrecks with several wrecks near the bay. The area was settled by European fishermen and farmers in the mid 19th century.

Appreciated. You actually don’t get to see that view (#9) until you walk down to the very end of the beach. From the other end of the beach it looks like one land mass.Very nice vistas. I especially liked #9
Thank you Eric. Much appreciatedAnother set of amazing shoreline photos, Felix. I particularly liked #8 and the "notches" in #7 and #9.
Thanks Terri. This is part of what is known as ”The Shipwreck Coast”. A 130 kilometre stretch of coast that has 638 known shipwrecks, although only 240 have been discoveredLooks like another great place to visit. I really love No. 9. It's no wonder that there were a lot of shipwrecks here with all the rocks and the rough water.
Thanks LyndeeLoo. Very much appreciated. The rock formations are so interesting, Felix, and you've certainly captured them well. They're absolutely beautiful!
