I've used the Filter Connection a few times - don't know if they're the cheapest but they were competitive and had a good selection. Very helpful on the phone if you have questions about holders, rings, etc...

I'd also higly recommend Filter Connection. I've placed a few order from them in the last couple of years and they have been great. Their prices are generally very competitive.

There's a couple stores on ebay from Hong Kong that specialize in selling filters - apparently the same filters are like half price over in Asia. Both are pretty reputable and probably have the best pricing anywhere.

Hi Ken

The best place I have found is a person who sells them on Ebay. He lives in Montana and offers many high quality B+W and Hoya filters. Just do a search on Ebay for slphotogear. Oh I almost forgot he only charges $2.50 shipping. I have been buying from him now for a few years and never had a bag deal.

A friend mine was always saying how great the filter connection is but I finally talked him into trying the slphotogear adn now he is buying all his filters from them.

I'll second http://www.2filter.com/ as I have had good luck with them.

I also just ordered from Singh-Ray this week so we will see how it goes. They seem to have a very friendly and helpful sales staff.

you have to click community on the top and then look at the guys store. I just bid on a hoya pro 1 UV filter, id rather not pay 95, because if it goes above my bid at 70 ill just get the B+W filters ive been using.
