I have been watching this Woodpecker for a little while now going in and out of a hole in this tree. I finally got a glimpse last night of the little fella when he popped his head out looking for Mom. Enjoy!!!!

Thanks Gary. I just hope the little guy makes it ok. We have alot of BCNH'S around here and I have watched them snap up little ducklings out of the pond which is right next to this tree.

That's a lot more than a glimpse! These are awesome Jimmy! Do they call those Palmetto bugs where you live, or is that a Carolina thing?

In Texas we call them tree roaches. You are right though they are Palmetto bugs. Thanks for the nice comments.
