The birds are soft (out of focus) in all three of these...but looking at the shutter speeds, I suspect the bird may have moved. 1/30th of a second can be pretty slow for birds...and if you tried to handhold at that shutter speed with a 650mm focal length you stood very little chance of getting a sharp image.
