    These type of shots have probably been done to death but they were new for me.

    Shot with a 50mm f/1.8 (haven't got a macro lens yet) at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens.

    Very nice shots! Also try some compositions with the stamen off center.
  3. Neal, they have been done (I think they all have!) but that does not make them worse to look at! Thanks for sharing these lovely lilies... Not bad for the 50 1.8...

    Doesn’t look like you need a macro lens. These are better than what I do with a macro lens. :redface:
