Fire in the Sky..............IR

Discussion in 'Night, InfraRed, and UltraViolet Photography' started by CraigK, Aug 9, 2008.

  1. Howdy All,

From the canals of Xochimilco, just outside of Mexico City, I know this colorized IR Version might be a little over the top for most, but the more I looked at the more it's growing on me.

Like this shot a lot. If you had coloured the trees pink, then it could have been over the top.

    Very cool
  11. Spooky...reminds me of recent scenes in Northern California due to the massive fires this season. It is a very good shot and would suggest you lighten the red sky a bit. Doing that might make the viewer look closer to see if the photo is a "real sky" due to a fire over the horizon, with ash falling on the trees....JMI (just my idea)
