    lol...believe it or not most of the chiefs in my county actually get their hands dirty. The guy in the picture is a career firefighter for Fairfax County in VA (1600+ person department, 92,000 calls last year) and he is the chief of a mutual aid company to this call so he did not have to be in charge and got to play a little bit.

  6. WOW! What an awsome opportunity! Hope no one was hurt! You captured the firefighters doing their job so nicely! Hope you give them copies of these! I bet they'll appreciate them!

    No one was hurt. The business was closed for the day so no one was there. The damage was actually pretty minimal as well since fire crews were able to make a quick hit on the fire.

    Here is the chief redone with some selective color. I just learned how to do this so I am doing it to everything...lol...but I think it actually works well with this photo.

    fwiw, I like the orig better (but I do like selective color)

  13. Wow those are great. I really love the chief one, the fire hyrdant one is pretty neat and the last one looks really cool with the selective coloring... really makes the fire pop
