Firmware update D2H - I need help!!

I have gone through the steps to update my D2H firmware to 2.0.1 and everything worked fine for the B portion of the update but it would not select the A portion to update that. My firmware version now shows the following:
A 2.00
B 2.01

I have tried reformating my memory card, downloading the A and B software to it and then went through the process again with my D2H. It still only selects B and will re-install that but it will not go to A. What am I doing wrong?

Will do Frank. I have been told that it improves the noise at higher ISO and so I wanted to install this firmware before I shot the wedding next weekend.

Heck, if it does that, then I'll load it immediately. I love my H, but there's no getting around the hi ISO noise in the below 50 luminance range.

Please let me know if it looks like it shows any improvements at all.
