Hi Paul,

They are really great flowers and smell soooo nice.

I was amazed the flower does not last very long.

Yes, tough to shoot at the wrong time of day especially.

Thank you !!!

Couldn't agree with you more. I did rotate it some.

I shot with one hand and holding the branch out of the harsh sun.

Thank you for your ongoing help. Much appreciated.

Have to try them again....sometime

Very well done Gale. I can't believe that you shot these one-handed. I couldn't hold the cam still enough with both hands. 8)

Which lens?

Hi Frank,

Thank You kindly....

I really wanted that pic of this flower. Shot some pics the day before and blew them something terrible. So the next day I tried again and knew what was going to happen, so one hand on camera and one on the branch was the only way.

I did not think I could pull that off even with VR.

You really controlled the whites pretty well in this shot. Shot one-handed - well, it's said that women have the steadier hands unless they behold the guy of their dreams
I just saw you added a lens baby to your arsenal - fun toy, isn't it?

Harry,

Thank you very much,

To tell the truth haven't had a chance to play with the Baby lens yet. Can't wait to take some time at the park and just sit and play and try to see what it does. I sure like the effect of them.

Should be fun to play with.

I am not sure which is harder, one handed or shooting white in sunlight and trying to hide the flower in the shade as much as possible. Took many of it till I got it.
