First shots with D800

Took the D800 and 300 2.8 for a test spin yesterday morning before work. I've been chasing this guy for the longest time. He's VERY skittish, and always takes off before I get close enough to him. So I hung back a little yesterday figuring I could just crop the image. I think they came out pretty good. Gotta get out some more with it. CC wanted and welcomed. Thanks for looking.

number two is good..but could be better with a few more tweaks in PP...firstly clone out the foreground leaf on the upper right side..also on my calibrated monitor the bird looks a bit over exposed ..can you apply a layer mask to the birds plumage to bring it down half a stop
