  1. The Baptistry Ceiling, Duomo, Florence
    28/1.4, 1/30 @ f/2.8, ISO 200

    28/1.4, 1/20 @ f/2.8, ISO 200

    85/1.4, 1/125 @ f/2, ISO 400

    Medici bust, Palazzo Vecchio
    28/1.4, 1/400 @ f/5.6, ISO 200

Bell Tower and Duomo (the only clear morning)
    17-35 AFS @ 17mm, f/8
(corrected with shear and perspective cropping)

  2. Nice shots, I really like the last one. Would be interesting to see the "before" corrections on that. Never tried using shear for corrections on architecture shots, I guess I should.

You are giving me the itch to head to Europe again, you could be very expensive on the pocketbook!

    Again, beautiful images, chao!

There are great. Were these shots hand held or did you use a tripod?

  5. Everything was hand-held...

I still was enjoying your fabulous work at Rome and you are completely killing me again!
What a wonderful stuff you've got here!
I've been also in Rome and Florence in the same trip, 4 years ago, but at the time, I only had just a P&S and furthermore I was not yet addicted to the photography world.
I absolutely need to go there again!
    Again, wonderful work.

  11. Ron,
These are spectacular. Your images always provide something to learn in terms of composition, post-processing etc.
