Up here though, the running joke is that PennDOT workers "hardly" work. I could have titled the thread, "A Rare Capture" and it would have fit in the context of humor!!! :biggrin:

Why ? Because it's an everyday scene. Usually, we don't look at those.

But in some years from now, shots like this will be a time document.
