Critique Flamingo Bathing

I was out testing and getting used to some new equipment today. I really did not expect to see much, but you just never know.
These guys bathed for about 20minutes. The hardest part was to get a good background and to get separation from other birds.
I find you just have to stay open and wait. As I was leaving another photographer was complaining he was there all day and got nothing.
I just smiled. Sometimes you get lucky.
Please critique away. I have over 400 of these to go through- this was one of the first ones I liked.
It is getting to be bird season down here.

Absolutely stunning feather detail and stopped action! It's easy to see even at this relatively small size that some of the water droplets are reflecting the bird.

Thanks all. It was a fun shoot, really hard to get a decent background. I have a fine art competition coming up and might throw something like this in for fun.
