Hope you like it. Just a simple Daisy.

Nice! Vibrant colors, good composition... and in focus! ;-)
Simple and beautiful..
Very nice picture, Gale. The exposure and DOF are good and sharpness is where it counts for. Congrats for a good work.
Gale, I have to agree. You've done a nice job on this one!
Philippe, Dao, 4labs and Virginia,
Thank you so much.
This one was just all by it's self. Seems to be a double daisy. All the others were single. Different species perhaps.
Shot with 50mm 1.8 Nikkor and D100. f2.8
Simply said, Nice shot! Colors are good. It's very sharp. Composition is very pleasing to the eye. You did well!
Thank You Leigh,
I haven't shot to many flowers since I had the D100. I used to grow Datura Angel Trumpets and have a gazillion of them. One of my tripple yellow trumpets got into a calendar Contest and won.
I live in a cement jungle now and do miss nature of any kind.
Thanks for your kind words.
I am really bad about the exif. Sorry. Just don't know how to save them all, and it gets ost in the conversion.
D100 50mm Nikkon 1.8 shot at 2.8 ISO 200. -03 ev
That is a simply beautiful shot Gale. EV, focus, DOF and composition are spot on for the best image. Congratulations. I think this would make an excellent print for the wall.
Thank You Gordon,
Think this will go to print one of these days.
I used to love to photo flowers. Rather out of practice. Do think I need a macro lens. grrrrrrr
Or use the 5000 withe the macro capability. Still a good camera.
Wonderful color Gale!!
Thank You Dawg,
Sorry I did not answer you sooner.
Also your little league pics are great. Love to see them in action. You have captures expressions exceptionally well.
Been busy trying to get my hard drive cleaned off and cull some of these images off. Takes forever. Need another hard drive and a DVD/RW.
Archiving and finding images is getting to be a nightmare.
