My first attempt photographing flowers using Nikon 60mm lens and I am happy with the results, what do you guys think?

both look a little blown to me.. and maybe just a little to soft on the focus... welcome to the world of macro.. some say tripod is the only way to shoot macro.. I use a sigma 105 and very seldom do I use my tripod.. also find that over cast days bring the best flower shots.. cuts down on shadows and blown highlights... good start and hope to see more..
