Flying loon

When sitting in a kayak I shoot floating or diving loons 99+% of the time. I occasionally see a flying loon early in the morning but it is rare one comes this close for a flyby.

That is so true. I usually consider a bit of "wing flap" to be an action shot.

Thanks Bear, Dossy, and Mitch. Techically it has shortcomings but I like it anyway. I wish I saw them flying more often.
