Yes
Quite good, depending on the effects you want. There an additional 12 items you can down load for it.

Please post in the retouching forum
Thanks

Maybe you guys can help me. All I have is PS Elements 2.0. How do I get the program into my filters? I have purchased plug-ins before and it seemed to load them in there automatically, but I can't seem to drag the plug in to where it is supposed to go. Excuse my ignorance, you are dealing with a dinosaur when it comes to this kind of stuff. Thanks, Rick.
