i like that first one.....
as long as no train is coming...
first is nice.. second looks like it needed a larger fstop to get everyone in focus
Love the first image...good job.
Agreed - great shots, pretty girls. No1 for me too.
very nice, very atmospheric!
The girls fully understand that these pictures will be distributed on this site and my photobucket server and myspace,
from today, have many more to go though
Very Nice Series!
Really nice series. I am betting that they loved these. My fave is the one where all three are leaping and facing the camera.
Lovely shots. I like the odd angles combined with the straight railroad tracks.
Great bunch of shots.....
You have an excellent eye for composition and the advantage of taking pictures of young beautiful people.
A beginner needs to learn to take well-exposed , in focus, well-composed pictures. You've got 2 out of 3.
Look at the following examples.
The poses are quite good - very natural, relaxed.
The pictures are grainy, perhaps from an adjustment to make them look close to normal, but they are all badly underexposed. You are letting the bright sky dictate your exposure and ,as a result, your pictures are generally underexposed. The mid-tones are sort of murky and the shadows are quite noisy.
Another minor fault is that you are not looking at the edges of the frame and you are cutting off the ends of toes and hands. This is a bad habit, altho not painful.
The best way for a beginner to improve is to learn the basics (Brian Peterson on Exposure is a great book) and then post one or two of your best pictures at a time and ask for serious critique.
Once you get exposure down pat and the finer point of composition, you can work on image contrast, etc.
A very nice start.
its grainy cause of my host haha and thanks for the tips man!
Great pictures I really enjoyed the pictures on the train tracks.
You series is of very high standard. You have a great eye for photography.
Pretty girls. Some of the shots are really nice, others are screaming for fill flash. Looks like a fun day!
