You have an excellent eye for composition and the advantage of taking pictures of young beautiful people.

A beginner needs to learn to take well-exposed , in focus, well-composed pictures. You've got 2 out of 3.

    Look at the following examples.

The poses are quite good - very natural, relaxed.

The pictures are grainy, perhaps from an adjustment to make them look close to normal, but they are all badly underexposed. You are letting the bright sky dictate your exposure and ,as a result, your pictures are generally underexposed. The mid-tones are sort of murky and the shadows are quite noisy.

Another minor fault is that you are not looking at the edges of the frame and you are cutting off the ends of toes and hands. This is a bad habit, altho not painful.

The best way for a beginner to improve is to learn the basics (Brian Peterson on Exposure is a great book) and then post one or two of your best pictures at a time and ask for serious critique.

Once you get exposure down pat and the finer point of composition, you can work on image contrast, etc.

    A very nice start.

    best regards,

    Lew
