The way the dark clouds frame the background trees in#3 is great. Good eye! I like the low angle and composition/crop of #1 too. Great set.

What's the plant on the right in #2? Leaves look almost like maize but wouldn't expect that in your neck of the woods.

That's indeed maize, @Dayo.
Not indigenous of course but I have seen it overtake wheat as one of the primary crops around here.
