From the "Talles of the Woods" series

  1. Tis image is another one from the series "Talles of the Woods" in my page www.plottier.net.
    I used the Nikon D200 with the Nikkor 35-70
    This lens was the "kit lens" with the old Nikon 601AF vintage 1990 which performs reasonable good at 70mm on the D200
    I am looking forward to your comments.

  2. Very nice, love the light, what type of tree is it?
     
  3. Thank you Tom, is a paperbark tree from the Melaleuca family
    Some of them are in the swamps and with the right condition and if the tree it is in the stage to change the bark it is possible to capture small details like this.
