Full frame-no crop

    Blew out some of the whites but I still like it. 300mm full frame. release on focus turned on. still had to have some luck just to follow him this tight.

    Very nice Greg. These guys are good practice, like gulls, and they do have pretty colors.

    I think it is a pretty shot. might be a nuisance bird, but it really is a graceful animal! nice job.
     
  4. Great shot, love the clarity, from the eyeball right through to the feet. I'm learning the hard way that bird shots are NOT easy!! Good capture, Greg.

    Very nice and know how hard that shot was to catch the small bird flying. I'm still working on big ones flying.

    You sure caught the eye in focus and the colors are great.

    Thanks folks and as Gordon said, any feedback is good. keeps those of us just getting back into it interested. I will try to return the comments.
