    Some interesting little guys.

Planet Earth is populated with plenty of bizarre and astonishing creatures without the need for resorting to fiction. Some are rare, some are on the verge of extinction.

How many of these do you know?

Dear lord, lol. I recognize #10, they are Norwalls (spelling?). And that's only because of one of the Futurama movies. :)

  16. As an entomologist I am used to encounter strange creatures on a daily basis.

Your collection is well chosen, and although I am not so good at larger animals, I have seen most of those before.

So here is my ID list:

    1) White-faced Saki (Pithecia pithecia)
    2) Some species of Tarsier (Tarsius sp.)
    3) Malayan Sunbear (Helarctos malayanus)
    4) No idea what bat this is
    5) Star-nosed Mole (Condylura cristata)
    6) 3-fingered sloth
    7) no idea what monkey this is
    8) Proboscis monkey (Nasalis larvatus)
    9) Pink Fairy Armadillo (Chlamyphorus truncatus)
    10) Nar-whale
    11) A dog I wouldn't want to wash
    12) Not sure - looks like a mixture of shark jaws and snail radula
    13) Dragon lizzard (Chlamydosaurus kingii)
    14) Emperor Tamarin (Sanguinus imperator)
    15) Some very strange octopus
    16) Fathead, Blobfish (Psychrolutes microporos)
    17) No idea, but it's ugly
    18) Axolotl (already mentioned)
    19) A rabbit, the breeder of which should be punished
    20) Agree, that's a shaved Lama

    Cheers
