used to have half round stakes wired together but only lasted 4 years. So had a dig around in the shed and found this hardwood with damp proof membrane and a couple of angle irons. So slopped the earth as it was quite high and filled in the joints (not shown ) total cost Zero which pleased the boss "er indoors" . Only had to remove one plant which will be put back when the boss gets around to it. Ok not professional by any means but it does the job
Taken with Nikon D810. don't know why there is patches of green on the wood but I didn't bother to edit it out as it isn't there.

Reduce, reuse, recycle. Good job. It is kind of like the axiom "The best camera is the one you have on hand". The best garden edging is what is at hand in the garden shed.
