Stopped by a local pond on the way home this morning and found the resident GBH feeding. I have seen him/her several times, but never while hunting. These guys are quick! I would have him in the viewfinder waiting for him to strike, and by the time he did and came back up with a fish, it was too late for me to react. I then machine gunned him trying to get a flip! I give a lot of credit to those who capture the flip... It's hard! My feeble OOF attempt is at the bottom of this post...
D2H, 500P, TC16a:
Does this qualify for a flip? At 8fps, the fish was already completely in the mouth and not visible in the very next frame!
