GEN:Custom White Balance Values

Discussion in 'Nikon Capture and View NX' started by MikeT, Aug 22, 2008.

  1. I still have CS3 installed on my computer and used to use it for my post processing. Now I use NX2 for my processing and as you know NX doesn't show white balance values used from the camera. Since installing NX2 my file associations are set by default to use NX2 to open my raw files.

I tried to open a raw file in CS3 but it gives me a "not the right kind of document" error message. Where before NX2 my raw file would open in Adobe ACR where I could read the white balance values. I don't see any way to manually open ACR so does anyone know of a free program that will allow me to view my white balance values?
