Setup
The tabletop is black poster board. In the first image, two small continuous-light lamps on the front left and right were pointing upward toward a white reflector positioned directly above the scene. In the first image, only the lamp on the front left was used.

20 focus-bracketed images at Nikon step size 3 stacked using Helicon Focus default settings.
