Nice shots Ants.

Glad to see you enjoying the new camera too.

D80 is big step up from D50 as it makes you think more of your settings.

Keep posting these nice shots of Scotland.

Thanks all, your comments are very much appreciated.

Sparkey/Kilm - Fancy meeting you guys here

I'm very very pleased with the D80, its a whole lot more camera than the D50and I'll definitley grow into it. For my level I still believe that the D80 and 70-300VR lens was a better deal for me, than the D200 on its own (which was all my budget stretched to at the time), but theres still bonus time to come

These were all shot with the D50 though, which I'm retaining as a backup or an expensive lens cap

Really nice shots Anthony!

But having been to the highlands a few times myself, the seventh shot with the asphalt looks a bit out of place, don't you think?

Super shots anthony. We've been to Scotland five times now, but haven't visited any of those places...but then at 65 I don't have a hankering to ride a kayak down rapids either!

Thank you all sincerely for your comments.

I have another series from the Isle of Skye, which I'll try and get a chance to post shortly.

BTW, If any of you are ever in Scotland, I'd love to meet up for a photoshoot !

Well guy's if you ever do make it to Scotland, I'd love to meet up and do some photography. Scotland is not too big and so most places can be reached in a half a day or less.
