Just don't know how to exactly describe my perception on this ...
I like the isolation of the "floating" leaf! Very clever shot!!
very interesting how the reflection shows the break in the surface tension as the outline and not the actual leaf. Very "moody" shot. I like it.
I like it.
Very interesting and very different.
Lots of shapes and mood there.
Nice colors good reflection of the leaf with light.
Yeah kinda grows on ya. Keep wanting to look again.
a interesting image.. the sand under the water is interesting...
It was the reflection that caught my attention at first then the sand
Thanks so much.
I am learning to manipulate my little daughter portrait using action from Action Central site that you gave introduce for me. Just love it
Very nice artistic compostion. Beautiful !
I have revisited this photo several times since you posted it. I love the minimalist composition: the single bright leaf, the unusual outlined shadow, the diagonal sand undulations. (I didn't understand the shadow thing until Dave wrote about the surface tension. Interesting.) It is more difficult, I think, to do good vertical compositions. This is a really nice photo.
Thanks so much for your compliment, greatly appreciated.
