These fish, Midshipman, are a real prize for the GBH's and eagles at low tide. On this morning it was a feeding frenzy by the GBH's.
Thanks very much, these GBH's were feeding at will with these fish (midshipman).Wow, fantastic shots! What a HUGE mouthful for that GBH!!
Thanks Allan.Great detail and expression on the fish in 2.
Thank Brian, and I agree with you on them being very skittish but I think they were so distracted with their feeding they didn't seem to bother with me being so close.well done Louie! these are beauties, you are right on top of the feeding, your GBH seem more comfortable around people, around me soon as they see me coming they are gone, most times before i even get the camera up to shoot
Thanks, I just ran into some sweet light on these.Wonderful shots; terrific exposure of the heron. Thanks for posting.
Thanks Gordon.Excellent photo's Louie and they tell a great story.

Thank you Dossy, you always say the kindest things.Louie, you keep doing this! How are you always at the right place at the right time. My birds are just sitting, standing......Another stunning series! The colors are like a painting.
Thanks Phil.Very nice.
In #2, he could be saying "here ya go Louis, look what I caught for you"
In #3, he's saying "just kidding!"
