Looks like you guys had another good shoot. It looks like you found some different areas this time.

I was almost going to come down there to join you but instead went to the Jersey shore to capture some osprey and egrets. An hour less drive time both ways for me to get to the shore compared to the D.C. area. I look forward to seeing some more pics.

What is that thing on Angela's tripod ( under the camera ) that looks like a trigger? That caught my eye and looks interesting.

It is a pistol grip ballhead. You squeeze the grip to unlock the head to make your positioning adjustments instead of using a locking lever or knob.

I'll definitely see you there in the fall when the leaves have changied colors. That place should look incredible when that happens, especially at the magic hour.

I like the tripods I see here. What brand or model? I'm in badly need of a new one. My old tripod is like Tam's from back in the day when I was shooting film.


I really like your first waterfall image. The swril of the water is a great effect!

Nice Shot Angela!! speaking of tripods i need to change mine =) much more studier and the value of the camera compare to a camera is not proportional to protect the gear...
