Great Wall Black and White

  1. Sorry for the repost but I was just wondering if you thought this black and white conversion worked or not. I posted the color version a few days ago. At any rate here's the black and white image:

    Honestly it's a bit flat IMHO. There's some contrast in the background; but up front where your center of interest is, it just seems to be lacking tonally. I think the color version was better in this case.

    The tree in the foreground kinda disappears and, for some reason, it makes the foreground look like a miniature from a movie. The middle and top look good, though...
