Great Wall of China

Discussion in 'Landscapes, Architecture, and Cityscapes' started by JustinD, Oct 30, 2005.

  1. This is a section of the Great Wall that is about 80km outside of Beijing. I was blessed with beautiful weather and colorful foliage. Comments/critique welcome.

  2. Neat place to visit and a well executed image.
  3. Great composition, the Wall is not easy to capture - you've done well. Apparently this is the only man-made object viewable from space.... quite the historic achievement.
  4. Great shot. Was this taken at mu tan yi?

Great image, Justin. I had hoped to visit the Great Wall when I was in China a few years back. Unfortunately, we just ran out of time before we were able to make it there. Thanks for sharing.
  6. Thanks for the comments folks.

Rich - You're right about the location. It's actually Mu Tian Yu rather than Mu Tan Yi. You were close though! Have you been there?
  7. this is a great capture of a historical marvel. Great job Justin!
