I don't think so but there's not much there to be sure either way

My thoughts was that there was another one. The duck weed on the sticks and branches above the water look dried out, but the duckweed on that 'lump' look nice, wet and fresh like the 'lump' has just risen out of the water and it look like the lump has a head?
