Ground Crab Spider

I found this Ground Crab Spider in some lava rocks when I was about to wash the car. It was fairly large as shown by how close I was able to get. Anyway, I believe it to be the species Xysticus speciesc – uniform peachred temp group.

Thank you Steve. I was afraid that with so much time off from macros this winter that I'd lose my abilities. Luckily it only took a couple of days of shooting to get back where I felt I was last fall.

I was at around 2:1 on the last one and about the same for #3.

Thank you guys. 1 and 3 were my favs of the set. Ken - I love crab spiders, but I don't seem to be able to find them that often.
