We were camping in Teton Canyon on the west side of the Teton Range this weekend. I got to play with my "new to me" 105 f2.8 macro lens. It was windy and very sunny, so most of my attempts were not great. But I found this most interesting flower in a calm, shady spot. Looking up it's name I discovered it is appropriately called Hairy Clematis.

Beautiful flower, beautifully photographed. How tall? Did you have to get down really low?
Thank you, Jim. I did some that were lit by diffused flash and some that were natural light. This one is natural light. I liked it best. I had to sit on the ground to take this photo. I'm guessing that the flower is about an inch or less in size.
