Harris is Dr Dolittle

    While at their house for Xmas, I counted no less than 9 critters there. There's probably more I don't even know about. :Shocked: Wished I could'a got a shot of this parrot outside of his cage, but this I take what I can get. All shot @ISO 1600 w/D200/18-200VR.

    Pretty impressive for 1600 Steve. How do you think that the D200 compares with the X noise wise?

    Thanks Dave, and believe it or not, it was just warm enough Xmas day out to go swimming in it!

    The D200 is better noise-wise than the X???? Wow.

    Well, ISO 1600 on the D200 is the same as Hi-1 on the X, so yes, it's much, much better. If you can see past the fur on the cat, you can see some noise present, but, that's because it was pretty severely underexposed, and I really had to work it hard in NC4.

    I love african Grey Parrots. Used to have one. Man they are smart.

  10. well, he did miss the reef tank, ferrets, two other cats, turtles, and my daughters dog and hairless rats.....:cool:
